Is it safe to shop at Stylish Home?
We have taken many precautions to insure that shopping with us is safe and secure. We use the industry-standard SSL protocol (Secure Sockets Layer) to ensure that all credit card transactions are secure. The SSL system encrypts information that you submit to us via our Web site when you place an order. Encryption makes it extremely difficult for anyone to intercept information about you, your order, or your credit card information.
We DO NOT sell or exchange any consumer’s information with any other company or organizations.
What forms of payments do you accept online?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and money orders. For large orders, we also accept wire transfers.
Can I make a purchase without giving out my credit card online?
Yes. You can order by phone at 604-278-8577, or send your order through our secure fax (604-244-2322) or email at email@example.com . We will need your credit card number, verification code on the back of your card, and the postal/zip code for the billing address. Please also provide us with a shipping address (if different than billing address). We can not ship to a P.O. Box.
Do you send a confirmation email?
We usually don't, unless there seems to be a duplicate order done twice or some items that are backordered. We would send your an email once the order is sent and inform you the tracking number and the estimated delivery date as well.
If I accidently placed an order in twice, would I be charged twice?
No, all orders are charged after they are reviewed by us for any problems or backorders. Your credit card would not be processed immediately, only after we are sure on the availability of the stock. We would email or call you for confirmation if we noticed that you placed an order for the same item twice.
What is your return policy?
Stylish Home has a 30 days hassle free return policy.
On the front of your packing slip (enclosed with your purchase), write the reason(s) for return. Enclose your packing slip with the item and ship, prepaid and fully insured, to:

Stylish Home is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. We recommend that you use an insured shipping method with a tracking number.
We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that are not in new condition or apply a damaged fee of up to 100%. If you are making a return, you must pack the items securely in their original product packaging to help eliminate damage during shipping. Please return the items to Stylish Home in the same condition they were sent to you.
Shipping charges, free shipping promotions and other coupon offers/discounts will be deducted from return.
We will notify you via e-mail once we've received and processed the returned item. Please allow up to 2 billing cycles for your credit to appear on your credit card statement.
Defective, Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Items:
You must contact us (By email at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 604-278-8577) within 14 days of the purchase date. We will give you instructions on how to prepare the package. (In most cases, we will provide a prepaid UPS shipping label to you.) I f the item proves to be defective, we will issue a replacement or refund the price of the item PLUS your original shipping costs.
What if the item I ordered is not in stock?
We do our best to keep most items in stock. Lead time for items that are not in stock are generally displayed in the item description online. We will email you to let you know the lead time. Since we only order small quantities of each items, they do sell out pretty fast.
What are your shipping and handling charges?
We use UPS ground and Canada Post for most shipping. Customers are responsible for duty, taxes, and any other government charges.
Local: for customers in City of Vancouver area, we offer you FREE STANDARD shipping on orders $50 and over before taxes and after if any discount. (This does not include items that are over-size or over-weight in nature)
Canada: purchases of $100.00 or more (before taxes and after if any discount) are eligible for FREE shipping (This does not include items that are over-size or over-weight in nature)
International: We value International customers just as much as everyone else, therefore, a quote of shipping charge will be sent by email to you after we receive your tentative order. You will shop as usual with desired items placed in shopping cart, with detail information of your shipping address (postal code is important) and credit card information. Your order will not be processed at this point. A shipping quote will be sent to you by email and we will then process your order after we receive your email confirmation*.
*Items which are over-size and over-weight require extra shipping charges. Such notice will be listed in the item description area. Free shipping will not be applied in this case. You may email us the item name(s) and postal/zip code, we will reply with an accurate shipping cost. If you wish to have your package shipped sooner, faster services are available with extra shipping charges. All prices on this website are in Canadian Dollars.

STYLISH HOME will not be liable for any packages that arrive late due to shipping problems that arise with our couriers and the US/Canada Postal system and customs.
When will my order be shipped and how soon will it arrive?
All orders will be shipped on the same business day (unless the order was received after 4 pm PST). Depends on how far you are from us-- within Canada, you should receive your order between 3-8 business days from the date of shipping. For USA, it will take 11-14 business days from the date of shipping; Hawaii and Puerto Rico will take longer.
UPS and Canada Post does not count Saturday, Sunday, holidays or the pickup date as shipping days. Orders received on Friday will ship on Monday. Unfortunately UPS and Canada Post have very limited weekend service, thus limiting our ability to ship on weekends. We do not ship on Canada Federal Holidays. Any orders due to ship on a Federal Holiday will ship the next business day.
Do you have a faster shipping service available?
Yes. Faster shipping options are available with extra shipping charges. All listed options will be shown during check out.
Can I have my online order sent to a different location than the billing address?
Yes, if you would provide us with an alternate shipping address. If you leave us a message on the Comment section, we can print your message on a small card to be added to your package and gift wrapped for FREE!
How is sales taxes calculated?
Within B.C.—GST and PST are required
Within Canada (outside of B.C.)—GST is required only
Outside of Canada—no taxes, but purchaser pays for customs and duty and local government fees, etc.
Can I track my order online?
We will sends an email with your UPS or Canada Post Tracking Number once your order is shipped. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. You can track your package at or to view the shipping and delivery information or www.canadapost.ca
If you believe that you never received your Order Tracking email, please check your junk or spam folder.
